Law and Order
The investment in building new police barracks will greatly improve law and order in the district. It will provide police officers with better living conditions, allowing them to be more effective in their duties. This initiative will help strengthen security and promote peace within the community.
Infrastructure
The road projects by Ialibu Pangia District Development Authority (IPDDA) are progressing well. These include the Kamburini Wala Road, Kalene Tokopini Road, and Pondia Poloko Road. The improvements will make travel easier and help connect more communities in the district.
Education
Ialibu Pangia District has assisted parents by providing school fee subsidies for students attending various institutions across Papua New Guinea. This support helps ease the financial burden on families, ensuring that students have the opportunity to continue their education and achieve their academic goals.
Water Supply
The Ialibu/Pangia DDA and its administration have proudly agreed to be one of the four districts chosen for this important project. This World Bank-sponsored initiative, in collaboration with the Department of National Planning, Department of Finance, Department of Treasury, and Ialibu/Pangia DDA, is now in its final stage of stakeholder consultations.
