LAW AND ORDER

Police Support

The Southern Highlands Provincial Government has given cars to the police to help fight crime and keep peace in the province. With these vehicles, officers can respond quickly to problems and make communities safer.

Police Reservist Recruitment and Training

The Southern Highlands is recruiting and training police reservists to help maintain law and order. This program equips locals with skills to support regular police, respond to emergencies, and keep communities safe, strengthening security across the province.

Provincial Peace and Good Order Committee

The Provincial Peace and Good Order Committee, led by former premier Youngtin Koropa, is working to solve problems and maintain peace in the Southern Highlands. The committee brings leaders and communities together to resolve conflicts, improve security, and create a safer and more united province for everyone.

Mendi National Court House Building

The Mendi National Court House is currently under construction to provide better justice services in the Southern Highlands. Once completed, it will offer a modern space for court proceedings, improving law and order. This project aims to ensure fair and efficient legal processes for the people.

Provincial Restoration Committee

The Provincial Restoration Committee, led by Philip Moya, works to solve conflicts between provinces. The team brings leaders together to discuss problems, find peaceful solutions, and restore good relationships. Their goal is to create lasting peace, unity, and cooperation among different provinces for a better future.
